La Lopez gave birth to twins, one boy and one girl, at a Long Island hospital early this morning. “Jennifer and Marc [Anthony] are delighted, thrilled and over the moon,” said Lopez’s manager Simon Fields to People.com. Jennifer Lopez finally confirmed her pregnancy Wednesday night during a Miami stop on her and husband Marc Anthony’s El Cantante Tour. “Marc and I are expecting a baby!” said the superstar as she announced the news to a very surprised audience. Also surprised? Her husband, who looked completely caught off guard when the news was announced, but then gave a loving rub to his wife’s belly followed by a kiss. “I didn’t know she was going to talk,” Anthony said to the roaring crowd. Lopez picked perfect timing to make her not-so-surprising announcement at The South Florida concert which marked the last stop on her first-ever concert tour. “…We waited until the last show to tell you,” Lopez said. Congrats J. Lo!

Continuing to dance around her pregnancy status, Jennifer Lopez wore a belted cape that created an empire waist to her album release party for Brave (Sony Music) at Buddakan in New York City. Rumors have also circulated that she asked Roberto Cavalli, who designed costumes for her tour with husband Marc Anthony, to have “…looser clothes so she could have ‘room to breathe.’ ”

Jennifer Lopez appeared onstage with Good Morning America’s Diane Sawyer and Robin Roberts in New York City. Amid a crowd gathered outside ABC’s studio in Times Square, Sawyer danced around the question everyone wants to know: Is she pregnant? The Bronx beauty and Sawyer have been close since Lopez reveled her engagement to Ben Affleck in a sit-down interview in 2003, so in respect to that friendship, Sawyer begrudgingly asked, “All right, all right, I know what everybody’s asking, and I know you have so little privacy in your life … so, I’m just going to say, ‘How are you?’ ” Lopez’s reply? “I’m very well, thank you. This is really, really a great, happy time in my life. … Everything’s great.” When do you think Jennifer will announce her pregnancy?

Jennifer Lopez was all smiles as she walked the runway wearing her Just Sweet spring 2008 collection. “I’m looking to make clothes that every woman can wear…Girls who are young who are going to wear it are going to feel sophisticated in it because it does have a chic kind of feeling to it… But people who are older who wear it are going to feel young, flirty and fun.
