Christina Ricci wore a stunning Narcisco Rodriguez fuchsia column gown with patent leather trim to the premiere of Black Snake Moan. Miss Ricci finished off the look with dangling diamond earrings, tennis bracelet, and coordinating clutch–balancing looking classic and current at the same time. No easy feat!
