World Premiere ‘The Dark Knight’

Last night the world premiere of ‘The Dark Knight’ was held at AMC Loews Lincoln Center in New York City. This film is the sequel to the 2005 film Batman Begins. The film opens in North America this weekend on July 18th. Be sure to reserve a ticket early, they are selling out fast. James Cameron - Probably Having A Heart Attack

It was announced this morning on IMDB that Christian Bale is set to play the role of John Connor in the fourth installment of the Terminator franchise. Not such bad news. Bale is a terrific actor, especially in Todd Haynes films, and the non-Cameron “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines” was at least mildly diverting. Another piece of news is attached as well, however. Charlie’s Angels helmer McG is set to direct. No comment. Unless “I’ll be home watching T2 on a loop” qualifies as a comment.
