This is the way ALL artists should handle their music. Following the formula of Radiohead, Trent Reznor has decided to give his fans a whole new album for free. Fans can go to nin.com and download the NIN album “The Slip” in a variety of formats from low quality MP3 for your iPod (87 mb file) right through to top quality wav files (1.2 gb file). And you can share them with friends - when you sign in to download the album, you are also invited to send the album to three friends.

At his website, Reznor said, “Thank you for your continued and loyal support over the years — this one’s on me.”
