In a very slow entertainment news week, I suppose I should finally point out the ongoing Anthony Pellicano trial, which has sent Hollywood into a gossip feeding frenzy. If there ever was a time of Hollywood trumping its cultural import - this is it. The suits have themselves convinced that this is the most important trial of all time, like ever! Why? There are celebrities taking the stand, that’s why! Unfortunately for Court TV, America could care less, but it’s still pretty entertaining. Nikki Finke has been going crazy with Pellicano news, so check out DHD for more or less constant updates.
