Bizarre diva moves from budding populist directors? George Lucas would have topped that by showing up in the Death Star.

Growling British pop-soul diva Amy Winehouse, snapped above on November 1 with troubled husband Blake Fielder-Civil at the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards, has announced the cancellation of her remaining 2007 tour dates and appearances. It seems the recent incarceration of Fielder-Civil has taken its toll on the singer, who is experiencing ‘emotional distress’ and ‘exhaustion.’ Rumor has it Winehouse’s well-documented drug problems are also to blame - celebrity bloggers are fiendishly postulating that Winehouse is headed to rehab, despite her disdain for the idea immortalized in her smash hit single.
