Molly Sims and designer Alexander Wang arrived at the launch of the Tweety Designer Collection at the Warner Bros. Tweety Boutique in Beverly Hills, California. Wang is preparing for his biggest season yet, launching a capsule collection of handbags for spring and collaborating with Manolo Blahnik on two one-of-a-kind shoes for his runway show. Blahnik is not the only a-lister to join Team Wang, the show will be styled by Lower East Side neighbor and Maybelline spokeswoman Erin Wasson and Steve Aoki will DJ the after-party. Michael Lohan spoke at the Long Island Teen Challenge event at Thomas Jefferson park in New York City. LITC is a faith-based non-profit organization offering aid, support and free residential care to men, women and families suffering life-controlling problems with drugs, alcohol or crime. Lohan is currently living in a faith-based West Babylon, Long Island drug and alcohol treatment center and working with teenagers without pay for LITC.

A wax figure of Lindsay Lohan is now on display at Madame Tussauds in New York City with Lohan dressed old-school prison garb. Lohan was busted yesterday for drunk driving but defended herself in an email to Access Hollywood host Billy Bush, the show reported on its Web site Tuesday night. “I am innocent… did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy,” Lohan wrote. She has reportedly checked herself into undisclosed rehab center for the third time in the past year but rumors have also surfaced that she is holed up at Chateau Marmont. Lohan is still set to appear in the film Dare to Love Me, despite her arrest yesterday, said Bowline Entertainment production company consultant Michael Sands. “The producers have compassion and kindness for her, so for now she’s insured and still with the movie,” he said. The film is supposed to begin filming this summer.

Lohan, 21, was charged with drunken driving and cocaine possession and released on $25,000 dollars bail. It is plausible that Lohan will have to serve jail time for her recent offenses. Coincidentally, Lohan has trial dates set for August 24th in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica where the crimes took place.

Just 11 days after being released from six-week stint in rehab at Promises, a treatment center in Malibu and five days after being booked in connection with a May drunk driving charge, Lindsay Lohan was arrested on five charges — including drunk driving and possession of a controlled substance in Santa Monica early Tuesday morning. Since leaving Promises rehab facility on July 13, Lohan has been wearing an electronic alcohol-monitoring bracelet on her ankle. She had it on even as she hit parties and nightclubs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. “Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease,” says Lohan’s attorney Blair Berk in a statement. “Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late [Monday] I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. An array of Hollywood stars turned out for the David and Victoria Beckham’s “Welcome to America” party Sunday night. Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith co-hosted the invitation-only bash at the Museum of Contemporary Art’s Geffen Warehouse in Los Angeles. The cast of character in attendance included Brooke Shields, Eva Longoria, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Jim Carrey, Jenny McCarthy and Lil’ Kim along with many, many, many, many more. How did so much star wattage fit in one place?

Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend Stephen Coletti attended the Orange County Fylers game at Cal State Fullerton in Fullerton, California. Panettiere was not only a baseball enthusiast but also sang with Band From TV with features Hayden’s Heroes co-star Greg Grunberg on drums, Desperate Housewives hunk James Denton on guitar, House’s Hugh Laurie on piano and Bachelor star Bob Guiney and Kitchen Confidential actress Bonnie Somerville on background vocals. They performed mid-90’s hits ”B*tch” by Meredith Brooks and “Ironic” byAlanis Morrisette . Coletti played the part of non-musically inclined boyfriend cheering her on.

By coincidence (as I am really a sports photographer) my very first fashion assignment at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week was connected with motor sports, specifically Formula One - which is my main activity when I shoot sports.

Lewis Hamilton, the English wonder-child, “Black Pearl” and at the moment the best pilot in Formula One, was supposed to drive an old vintage Mercedes racing car right in front of the Branderburger Gate. The place was packed of “VIP´s” and German celebrities. Everybody was waiting to see the Formula One drivers and to get a picture, meaning there was a huge amount of press photographers as well.

Red Bull Racing Team Formula One driver David Coulthard appeared with his beautiful French girlfriend Karen Minier first, they were one of the most popular shots until Lewis appeared. Lewis arrived together with a German top model Eva Padberg.

After he made few laps with an old racing Mercedes, both he and Eva stepped into one of the newest Mercedes sport cars and proceeded to show-off by spinning the car into circles or “donuts” as we know them in the racing world. Coming out of the car Eva didn´t look very scared, she was smiling and beautiful as usual.

Shooting fashion is really a completely different world compared to sports but I really enjoy it. Coming up, three more days of fashion, parties, celebrities and beautiful girls. For me this means a lot of work but also a lot of fun.
